“In 2006 we finished the construction of our home in Hope Ranch and moved from Los Angeles County. We had enjoyed a second home in the Ranch since 1993. Wanting to establish a weight and strength training regimen we asked Dr. Fred Kass of the Santa Barbara Cancer Center for a recommendation for a gym and or personal trainer.
