My name is Chris. I’ve been a Strength coach in Santa Barbara for 20 years. I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, certified personal trainer. C.S.C.S. C.P.T. I’m also certified in the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and I currently hold a Hardstyle Kettlebell certification. (HKC) My experience in the Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine field helps me to ensure that my students practice proper functional movement to minimize the risk of injury during training. We must always try to improve the quality of our lives. I believe with a regular strength training routine and a healthy diet, our lives can achieve great benefits, mentally and physically.
