Pilates / Yoga

Pilates is for everyone! From teenagers to seniors, from post-surgery and rehabilitative clients to professional athletes and dancers. Everyone can benefit from Pilates. The special equipment is highly adaptable and the unique exercises can be modified to match the requirements of every individual.

Emilee uses her years of training in the Iyengar Method with a combination of the Pilates Method to create a perfect fusion of yoga, Pilates and core class.

Stomp

STOMP (Superior Technique Optimum Muscle Performance) is a 60 minute class that targets all upper and lower muscle groups along with core stabilization exercises.

All classes finish with a cool down that involves foam rolls and therapeutic exercises to ensure proper tissue regeneration. STOMP combines the best of traditional exercise classes and camps with sports medicine techniques designed to prevent injury and encourage proper biomechanics.

Hiking

Every 3rd Sunday of each month, we will meet at a new location with a new hike for The Training Room community to get outside and exercise in our backyard. Santa Barbara has some amazing hikes with great views and we would love for you to join us.

Get Back

The Training Rooms GETBACK program has revolutionized how chronic lowback pain is treated. The GETBACK program is an intense individualized 12 week regimen. Two hours per week will be with Dr. Brisby and his trainers to restore normal movement patterns, increase flexibility and to gain total body strength. Two hours per week will be with The Training Room’s clinical Therapeutic Pilates/Yoga director Emilee Garfield for spinal stability and correction of postural inefficiencies. The GETBACK program is for people who are committed to rid themselves of their chronic lowback pain.
